Seasoned Buttermilk Drumsticks with Yellow Rice

Drumsticks with rice



4 chicken drumsticks

1 tbsp cayenne pepper

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp white salt

2 cups buttermilk

1 tbsp tumeric

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp thyme


Cook rice normally in rice cooker but mix leftover marinade in before cooking.


Mix the spices into the buttermilk then leave drumsticks in marinade overnight in ziplock bag. Cook in oven at 400 degrees for 30 mins to 1 hour until no longer pink. Serve.
