Collect half an onion, two jalapenos and four cloves of garlic, one avacado and half a block of swiss cheese. Mince the ingredients. Marinate in one tablespoon southwest spicy mustard and one tbsp tartar sauce. Pour in 4 tablespoon of hot red enchilada sauce. Mix around with spoon.
Obtain half a pound of beef and pour in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and light amounts of olive oil to prevent sticking. Fry marinade with meat. Add 3 tbsp cumin and 2 tbsp black pepper and seasoned salt to your taste preference. Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Then sprinkle with cilantro.
Gather one large flour tortilla and place mixture in middle and roll up into a burrito. Mix makes for 2 burrito fillings.
